The hotel offers top-notch rooms but with some issues in bathroom functionality. The service goes above and beyond, offering a wide range of amenities. Its prime location is unbeatable for exploring the city, though water quality concerns dampened the experience slightly. The dining experience can be hit or miss, but the hotel boasts excellent grilled seafood. The facilities are impressive overall.

I was pleasantly surprised by the mini-suite I was given on the 4th floor; a good size room with a separate walk-in closet and other amenities like a safe, shelves, and an ironing board. The presence of beautiful dogs around the hotel made my stay even more special during the peak summer season, and the service from everyone was top-notch. The location in the heart of downtown Vancouver, right next to the Vancouver Art Museum and across from Pacific Centre, was second to none. The in-room dining service offered fulfilling meals after a long day, and the hotel greeted me with heartfelt congratulations reminiscent of a stay in the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise.
